Yin Yoga Group Class

This sequence of carefully-selected, long-hold postures is a deep exploration of physical limits and mental pacing. Although Yin is considered a ‘passive’ practice, each session brings a heightened self-awareness and focus, as well as marked improvements in flexibility.

This is a very individual practice with hands-on adjustments tailored to each student; men and women of all ages and levels are encouraged to attend!
