Pre-payment is required for group classes, and it is non-refundable. Class bookings cannot be cancelled, but at least 24 hours before its start time it can be rescheduled for up to 7 days in the future or, if available, a recording of the class can be used up to a week later.

appointments

You can cancel a booking online at least 24 hours before its start time. Otherwise, you're responsible for full payment. A booking cannot be refunded, but at least 24 hours before its start time it can be rescheduled for up to 7 days in the future.

special events

Pre-payment is required for event bookings, and it is non-refundable. Workshop bookings cannot be cancelled, but they can be transferred.

reward points

Each of your full-price appointments and classes earns you points, which you can track in your online portal. Multiple credits can be redeemed for free appointments or classes. Credits are not applied automatically, are non-transferable, and must be used within the calendar year they were issued. Credits redeemed for reward classes or sessions must be booked within 30 days of redemption.
